Excellent morning ride did the usual run (sorry no map) then road the new New Hope line which is brilliant need to do it a couple more times to get to know it but is a great addition

Early morning ride 2nd October 2011
Up at 5.30 for an early morning ride to test my leg, only 4 miles but fun, started the ride from the car park on the road into harden from keighley then up to the quary by the guide pub (pity it wasn’t open that early) .
Good ride leg was fine only casualty was nik who managed to go over his handlebars.
Rides: Matthew, Nik and Antony (finally got him out) plus Bonnie the dog.
The alternative bike club
Went for a weekend away with the alternative bike club, this is a group of men who go away twice a year for a drinking (biking) weekend. This was the march outing and was at Sedbergh, this was a very wet weekend, I only managed the Saturday ride as I fell and injured myself luckily at the end.
