Up at 5.30 for an early morning ride to test my leg, only 4 miles but fun, started the ride from the car park on the road into harden from keighley then up to the quary by the guide pub (pity it wasn’t open that early) .
Good ride leg was fine only casualty was nik who managed to go over his handlebars.
Rides: Matthew, Nik and Antony (finally got him out) plus Bonnie the dog.
Went for a weekend away with the alternative bike club, this is a group of men who go away twice a year for a drinking (biking) weekend. This was the march outing and was at Sedbergh, this was a very wet weekend, I only managed the Saturday ride as I fell and injured myself luckily at the end.

Tried out the new Extended Austwick run, this adds a new section onto the beginning with an excellent downhill, does mean there’s a bit of climbing first, bit well worth it.

Andy and Mark did the Kielder deadwater run unfortunately due to flu I wasn’t up to it
Did the 11 mile Bronte Big K with my 11 year old daughter Hollie, 1 hour and 50 minutes, the route was OK though mostly road, only downer was the poor marking of the route.
Anyway, here’s the map
Andy and I did a 15.6 mile ride from Embsey, Rylstone and back, was going to go to Bolton Abbey as well but I wasn’t up to it.
