Wednesday night run around St Ives trying out the new Holux GPSport 245 bike computer, decided to upgrade the old logger as that’s all it does, this one does the same, but also logs the altitude and is also a bike computer (speed, distance, altitude etc). It’s battery also lasts a lot longer. Downloading is also simple, only downside I’ve found so far is that the charts can’t be copied, otherwise a real gem

Gisburn Forest 13th April 2009
Tried this ride for the first time today (Matthew, Antony and Mark (his first outing)) completed the red run mostly twin track with a few short single tracks, this is really a beginners track but is good for first timers. The single tracks had a good mix of fast down hills with short technical and muddy sections.
Sorry no GPS, forgot to charge it.
